Event, which will take place on 17 March 2025 in Brussels
The event will kick-off with research session bringing together experts in food production, consumer behaviour as well as personalized nutrition and medicine to collaboratively explore strategies for healthy living, in particular reducing the prevalence of diet-related non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through innovative, health-focused food solutions (Session I).
In addition, in the session hosted by the EIT Food, selected start-ups and SMEs from Poland and across the European Union will showcase cutting-edge products and technologies addressing such needs as enhancing product diversity for balanced diets, expanding sustainable protein options, and optimizing the nutrient density of food (Session II).
The event will conclude with the policy session, hosted by the FutureFoodS Partnership, designed to address future challenges of the food systems in Europe. This dialogue aims to explore co-creation opportunities and partnerships that contribute to ongoing discussion on the future of next framework programme and long-term MFF (Session III).
